DAY 01: HO CHI MINH - SINGAPORE (Lunch, Dinner)

Morning: The leader of the delegation picks you up at Tan Son Nhat, procedures to depart for Singapore on the flight at Vietjet Air at 07:10.

Arriving at Changi International Airport - Singapore, the group will complete immigration procedures afterwards. You have lunch at the restaurant at the airport, the local tour guide picks up the group and starts the journey to visit the dynamic and bustling country of Singapore.

Day 02: Singapore – Indonesia (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Morning: You have breakfast buffet at the hotel. Check-out procedures, car pick up the delegation to visit:

Gardens by the Bay – Possessing a huge, modern and attractive architecture, you will surely have great discoveries at this site, an artificial garden of more than 100 hectares, with more than 250,000 species of rare plants, with giant "super trees" solar energy during the day and shine on its own at night. The group does immigration procedures to depart for the mysterious country of Indonesia. You take a speedboat (about 45 minutes) to Batam Island - an island affiliated to the province of Riau Islands in Indonesia.

To Batam Island, you visit:

Evening: Group dinner with local specialties in Indonesia. Check in hotel to rest or free to visit at night. Overnight at Batam Island.

Day 3: Indonesia – Johore Bahru – Mallacca (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Morning: After having breakfast buffet at the hotel, check out. Depart for sightseeing:

The largest fabric factory in Batam island, a gold shop with the largest number of products on the island, a famous confectionery and chocolate factory in the island.

Cheng Hoo Mosque: The church stands out with a harmonious combination of traditional Chinese architecture and Islamic culture with characteristic red tones.

Noon: Have lunch at a restaurant with rich seafood specialties in Indonesia. The car takes the delegation to the border gate to carry out procedures for exiting Indonesia.

The group traveled by speedboat (about 1h45') went straight to Malaysia, entered at the border gate of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Evening: Have dinner at the restaurant. Check in hotel and rest. Free to walk around shopping, explore Mallacca.

Day 4: Malacca – Kuala Lumpur (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Putrajaya area - the new administrative center (New City) of Malaysia, where the wonderful intersection of the modern technology era and the typical beauty of impressive traditional architectural works. Smart city with famous tourist attractions.

At the appointed time, the car takes the group to the airport. Doing procedures to return to Vietnam, the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City. Farewell to your guests. See you again!

Visa to enter Vietnam for overseas Vietnamese or foreign guests. (Visa fee may change according to regulations of Vietnam Immigration Department)

Singapore entry fee. Malaysia for guests with nationality requires an entry visa (contact sales staff).

Visa to enter Indonesia for foreign nationals "not on the list of Southeast Asian countries": Close the visa at the border gate about $ 35 - $ 40 / person.

Tourist purchase and payment regulations

Phase 1: Pay 50% of the amount immediately when registering for the tour.

Phase 2: Pay the remaining tour amount at least 10 days before departure date (excluding Saturday, Sunday).

Payment terms and tour cancellation policy

If you cancel the tour, you pay the following cancellation fees:

Cancel tour after registration: 50% of package tour price

20 days before departure: 90% package tour price

Before departure date 0-19 days: 100% of package tour price

The cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the company or via fax, email, text and must be confirmed by the company. Cancellation by phone is not acceptable.

After registering the tour, you provide a photo of your passport. Your phone number for the company to enter the airline ticket name. Make a team profile.

In case only 1 guest (adult) goes with 1 child (under 12 years old). Please pay the tour for your baby to sleep in a separate bed. When traveling, please bring your baby's birth certificate. The order of attractions according to the tour guide program can change depending on the weather and other objective issues while still ensuring the full range of attractions.

The time in the tour program is the expected time. In fact, the tour will have a difference (not much) compared to the expected time. HDV will notify customers directly during the tour.

Commitment has been well understood and agreed to regulations related to health conditions when participating in the travel program.

This is a pure tour. Please do not separate the group during the tour. If you have a need to separate the group, notify the company's staff in advance. Group separation fee when in need of 40$/day/person.

If you have a need to issue a VAT invoice, please provide invoice information to the tour salesman when registering. Do not accept invoices after the tour has ended.

You only bring a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and a Vietnamese passport that is no longer valid, you cannot travel to a third country.

The company is not responsible. The tour will not be refunded if you are refused entry and exit in Vietnam and the host country for personal or personal reasons.

The Company will not be responsible for securing attractions in the event of:

Security incident: terrorism. demonstration…

Aviation failure: technical glitch. security. move. cancel. flight delay.

If the above cases occur. The company will consider to refund the non-sightseeing fee for guests under possible conditions (after deducting services performed such as visa fees….and not responsible for any other costs).

Due to the cost of petrol and oil may increase at the time of issuance of tickets without prior notice. We will present the official letter of the airline on the increase of the surcharge (if any) and ask the customer for the corresponding price increase.

Guests aged 85 years and older are required to have a certificate of full health to travel abroad issued by a doctor and a health commitment. It is required that a relative under 60 years old is fully healthy to follow. Group travel insurance does not apply to guests over 85 years old. Over 85 years old, you prepare your own health insurance card for individuals.

Pregnant women (no more than 28 weeks) when registering for the tour. Must present the periodical health check book and ensure enough health to join the tour with the company when registering. Any incident on the tour. The company will not be responsible.

Due to the nature of a group of individual customers. The company will receive a minimum number of guests of at least 15 adult guests and ensure that the group will depart on schedule. In case the group does not have enough 15 guests to depart. The company is responsible for notifying you 7 days before departure date and will re-agree another departure date. Or refund the full amount you paid.

Please check your personal tax payment status and fulfill your tax payment obligations as prescribed by the state agency before leaving Vietnam to join the trip. The company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour if you are denied exit / entry for the above reason.
