Late at night 01: Ho Chi Minh City Seoul (overnight and dinner on the plane)

Evening: You gather at the International Departure Terminal - Tan Son Nhat Airport, the leader of the delegation to check in to catch the flight to Korea.

Day 02: Nami Island – Namsan Tower (_/t/c)

Day 03: Seoul – Everland (S/T/C)

Day 04: Explore Seoul (S/T/C)

Tour price policy for children

Children under 2 years old: (using a shared bed with an adult)

Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: (no separate bed mode)

Children who are 11 years old and above: 100% of adult tour price

Cancellation conditions (not applicable for holidays and Tet)

– Cancel the tour after registration: 100% deposit.

– Cancellation of tour 7 days before penalty fee = 75% of total program tour price (calculated by working day)

– Cancellation of tour before 5 days penalty fee = 85% of the total program tour price (calculated by working days)

– After the above time, the penalty fee = 100% of the total program value.

– The cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the company or via fax, email, phone message and must be confirmed by the company. Cancellation by phone is not acceptable.

– For those who already have a visa but cancel the tour, the fee is 100% of the total tour price and the company will keep the passport for 3 months (the validity period of the visa) or stamp the visa cancellation.

– For passengers over 80 years old, insurance can be exempted from liability

– In case you are denied visa by Korean LSQ:

You are denied a visa before departure from more than 30 days: Non-refundable cost is 2,500,000 VND/pax + Other expenses (if any)

You are denied visa within 30 days – 01 day before departure date: Non-refundable cost is 3,500,000 VND/pax + Other expenses (if any) calculated by working days, excluding weekends.

• The company is committed to supporting information and helping you to the best of its ability, but refuses to be responsible for paying any additional expenses if you are detained by the immigration agency of the host country at the border gate or do not allow entry with the delegation. In this case, even if you don't want to, but due to the regulations of the host country's service provider, you are forced to refuse to refund any costs to you even though this service has not been performed.

Tourist purchase and payment regulations

Immediately after registering the tour, deposit amount: 9,000,000 VND/pax (including visa fee + air ticket)

Customers fill out the registration form and provide the visa application form at least 20 days before the departure date.

10 working days before departure, pay the remaining amount.

Nationality guests are exempted from visa or already have a visa, we will deduct 500,000 VND/pax

In case you are denied visa:

General rules

– Passport must be valid for more than 6 months (from the date of departure).

– Please take the initiative to check and fully fulfill your tax obligations before leaving the country. In case of tax debt (even the smallest), you will not be allowed to leave the country.

– The travel company will not be responsible for the case that guests are not allowed to leave the country because they have not fulfilled their tax obligations to the state and have not completed the removal of the order to suspend the import of the country.

– Pure tour, during the program you are not allowed to separate the group without the consent of the team leader. If the group is separated with the consent of the group leader, the fee for the separation of the group is 200 USD/pax/day.

– If guests are overseas Vietnamese or have a separate visa, they must bring them when going on a tour

– Tour price only applies to guests with Vietnamese nationality / overseas Vietnamese, guests with other nationalities will surcharge from $300 USD/pax. Please inform the staff when registering for the tour.

– The company's tour guide will keep all your original passports during the trip.

– Visa documents after submitting to the consulate will not be refunded.

– If guests are overseas Vietnamese or have a separate visa, they must bring them when going on a tour

– Departure date can be postponed for at least 1 week due to dependence on the consulate's visa results.

– The company is not responsible if you are denied entry to Korean territory for personal reasons, and will not refund the tour if the customer is denied the entry or exit by the immigration agency for personal or personal reasons.

– Do not settle for any reason to visit relatives, do business… to separate the group.

– Because flights depend on airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.

- In case you register for a group tour. If any guest in the group is not eligible for visa approval, the remaining visa results will still have to join the tour. If you get a visa but do not participate in the tour, you will be applied under the condition of canceling the tour.

– In case there is only 1 guest (adult) going with 1 child (under 11 years old), please pay the tour for the baby to sleep in a separate bed. When traveling, please bring your baby's birth certificate. Children under the age of 11 share a bed with their parents. Each family can only accompany 1 child, the second child must pay as an adult

– Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by their parents or authorized person must have a power of attorney from both parents certified (certified by the People's Committee of the ward, commune, district & must have a confirmation time limit not exceeding 01 month)

– For each specific case, guests can be asked to deposit from 10,000 USD - 15,000 USD/person before the trip (after returning to Vietnam, the guest will receive a full deposit back). After the visa results are available, if the customer does not agree to the above conditions, the guest will be canceled and subject to the penalty according to the "condition for canceling penalty".

– Due to the nature of a group of retail customers, the company will receive a sufficient number of guests at least 10 adult guests and ensure that the group will depart on schedule. In case the group does not have enough guests, the company is responsible for notifying you 10 days before departure date and will re-agree another departure date, or refund the entire amount you have paid.

– If you have 2 nationalities or Travel Document (not yet naturalized), please notify the tour salesman at the time of tour registration and submit the original with relevant documents (if any).

– Because flights depend on airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.

– For guests with foreign nationality, please bring a visa to enter Vietnam with an expiry date up to the date of departure and other documents, if any, when registering and traveling. If the customer makes a re-entry visa, the tour date brings 2 4×6 white font photos.

– If the customer is denied exit or entry by the immigration agency for personal or personal reasons, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour.

– Customers aged 70 years and older require a health certificate to travel abroad issued by a doctor and a health commitment certificate with the company. It is required that a relative under 60 years old is fully healthy to follow. In addition, guests over 70 years old can request an additional premium premium (the fee varies depending on the tour). No guests aged 80 years or older. Any incident on the tour, the company will not be responsible.

– If you are pregnant, please notify the staff when registering for the tour for more information. Not accepting pregnant guests for 28 weeks or more for reasons of safety for guests.

– Compulsory shopping attractions: Korean red pine essential oil store, agricultural product store, domestic cosmetic store, government ginseng shop, duty-free shop Duty Free, making kimchi – wearing Hanbok clothes, shopping and packing goods at Polim grocery.

– Because this tourist visa is a special type, when you arrive at Han airport, the head of the delegation will collect your passport and keep it throughout the tour to submit to the Korean Immigration Department when needed. We hope you understand and cooperate with the team leader.

– Please carefully review the program, tour price, including and not included detailed in the program.

– Depending on actual conditions, the tour program can change the journey up and down accordingly, but the routes are still fully guaranteed.

** In objective cases such as: terrorism, natural disasters...or due to an incident, there is a change in the schedule of public transport vehicles such as: planes, trains, etc., the company will keep the right to change the route at any time for convenience and safety for customers and will not be responsible for it. Korean tourist visa application

Visa results are completely due to evaluation and approval from the Consulate.

Visa documents after submitting to the consulate will not be refunded.

Note: All documents must be notarized 01 side on A4 paper size.

Visa to Korea registered in groups is a visa type with all required documents as above.

Guests with birthplace from Da Nang to the North, if they are working in the area from Quang Nam and on, are required to have temporary residence/household in the South KV

All copies of records must be photocopied on one side and use A4 paper size (not chopped, with the certificate of the right to use the house and land in the photo according to the size of the original paper).

The Consulate has the right to request additional original documents or additional records.

In case of visa failure, the customer only receives the passport back. All documents and charges are non-refundable.
